Um m\u00f6glichst wenig CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen zu verursachen, am besten direkt aus dem eigenen Bio-Garten. Um diesen Ansatz an die Sch\u00fcler:innen zu vermitteln wird ein Schulgarten angelegt. Die Sch\u00fcler:innen erlangen ein tieferes Verst\u00e4ndnis, was gerade Saison hat und was nicht (z.B. Erdbeeren im Winter) und erkennen den Zusammenhang zwischen langen Transportwegen und Klimasch\u00e4dlichkeit. Ziel ist die Errichtung und Bepflanzung von 2 Hochbeeten (auch Anbau von Winter-Gem\u00fcse wie Kohl, Rettich, \u2026) gemeinsam mit den Sch\u00fcler:innen, sowie die Vermittlung von CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Reduktion durch regionalen, saisonalen und biologischen Anbau von Gem\u00fcse. Die Hochbeete wurden mit Andreas Wagner, Mitarbeiter von Green Agrar Strasser e.U., aufgebaut.
